The labor protection and technical safety system is implemented and periodically checked, with necessary measures being taken.

For this purpose:

• Azerbaijani labor protection and technical safety laws are adhered to.
• Each employee regularly undergoes updated training on labor protection and technical safety.
• Statistical analysis of occupational diseases and workplace injuries is conducted, with improvements developed to prevent them.
• Risk assessments and monitoring of work performance are carried out to prevent occupational diseases and accidents.
• Measures are taken to eliminate potential hazards as quickly as possible and with minimal damage.
• At the design stage of new products, equipment, and processes, labor protection and technical safety assessments are conducted.
• Employees and contractors are involved in complying with labor protection and technical safety laws, with control over adherence to regulations.
• Stimulating activities are conducted to minimize risks, involving all employees.
• Measures taken for technical safety are documented in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
